jdm cluster ?

Default jdm cluster ?

i jsut picked up a 92-95 4door auto jdm white face cluster for my 93 hatch. it has a tach that goes to 9 grand and it works good. i recently installed it in my hatch adn it seems to be not to bright, the dimmer switch doesnt work wit it and all the bulds were replaced but it is not bright but not dim and aroudn 120 it is dimmer like it isnt get as much light. anyone have this problem wit there jdm clsuter and u find out how to fix it or is just like that

in japan, honda's didn't have dimmer switches, maybe your bulbs dont put out enough wattage
