i live in long beach. the guy is cool in person.. i have had no experience with him online or over the telephone so i can't say. i would buy from him in person since i live 10 mins away. give it a shot. its a new year. their website is redone. maybe customer service is better too lol.

This is what I hear (grapevine) and it's enough to make me scurred...

They have fabulous customer service IN STORE (because they have to), but they scam people online, hundreds of people getting broken, wrong, or missing parts, or never getting their orders at all.

Cheapest does not mean best. It's only a deal if the parts actually get to you.

oh yah i want to say the lips fit perfect you just hafto remove the bumper to do so. thats what jdm car boy is saying too. i bought lips off them and the supplier of lips for most abs lips are the same. any ways... simple bumper removal for the lip is the best way to put on the lip. i really dont think they "SCAM" people. i bought front and back lip from them for my 95 ej. I had problems the first time around... but it was easier when i replaced my bumper and installed the lip while both were off the car...

So taking someones money and then not sending them the part is not scamming?

if your lip doesnt fit right, they will tell you to heat it up, or leave it in the sun. what kind of crap is that? what kind of foglights are you looking for?

the lip will expand in the heat making for a better and easier fit. duh.

my cousin ordered some seats from them a few months back. he got one a week later and the other 2 days after that. but that was fedex's fault.

All other discussion in this thread aside, how difficult would it have been to actually click the link that you provided, and then click "Contact Us" on the web site? The information is right there.
