can anyone second that...because i heard that the JDM b20b's are closed deck and the usdm b20b's are open deck

all B20Bs either US or JDM are open deck, this also includes the US B20Z.

The only closed deck B20 block is the 85-88 JDM Accord/Prelude B20A (81x95 mm).
