It will work fine
You will gain compression
You will not lose flow

I hope you know the intake manifold flange pattern is different than b16/itr, so if it doesnt come with a manifold, you need to get one.
I would not run the p72 ecu with a b16 bottom end - run a p30 map if your ecu is chipped

c/r goes up
youll probably make more power than a stock b16
get an s2/blox/edelbrock intake mani and run a p30

WHY WOULD I NEED A DIFFERENT INTAKE MANIFOLD IF IM USEING TO GSR HEAD?WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I LEAVE THE STOCK MANIFOLD ON THERE. MY FRIENDS SAY I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CHANGE THE INTAKE MANIFORLD CUZ IM USEDING A GSR HEAD. WILL THE P72 ECU WORK?

caps......

And everything I said, in my first post, answers what youre asking.
Except for:
The stock p72 intake manifold using 2ndary butterflies.

Re: (pdiggitydogg)

watzup bro. ive been running that setup for awhile cuz my block blew from a bad oil pump. anyways everything should be ok. all i got on my head is some skunk2 cams. its pretty quick. fast enough to beat stock k20. 1.6 taking out a 2.0 . not sayin k20 aint nothin. but it's pretty impressive when you have a 1.6 beat a 2.0 . yea it has some cams, but it's potential is not met due to the CR.
