Icon2 JDM B16a/P30 ECU - Idle Problem with codes 3, 10, 14, and 41

I do not even know where to start. I have a idle problem my throttle keeps reving from 1000 - 2,500 rpm and I have changed everything from the Idle Air Control Valve 6 different valves and changed the Idle air control sensor on the front of the intake manifold 6 different sensors as well. Still the same old thing nothing changed. Also changed the map sensor a couple of times and nothing different. Checked the ecu and nothing is burnt up inside and also took the connectors off of the ecu for a couple of minutes to clear codes to. Nothing is changing what so ever?! I am stumped and confused and agravated. Can anybody please help me any advise. Any help would be great cause I am out of Ideas.
Also the motor is a jdm b16a stock p30 ecu.
Codes thrown are
3
10
41
14

What car?

Any sensor connectors swapped? Check by verifying that wire colors in connectors match the sensor.

http://www.phearable.net/tech/wiring...schematics.gif

Codes 14 IACV and 41 O2 sensor
These codes are related in that both sensors get voltage from the same wire coming from the main relay. Check whether voltage reaches both sensor connectors.

no connectors were swapped or anything. Here is the thing my car ran fine before I put a eldebrock victor x intake manifold on and I switched it back and this all started going on and now I cannot find the problem. Could it be the Ecu? Somebody told me that my ecu could be bad but it does not look burnt up to me. I have changed basically everything. All sensors like tps, map, iact, and Idle air control valve.

any ideas? Why would my car be jumping idle? I changed all sensors and checked the ecu?

Find these 4 sensors on your intake manifold and post what wiring colors are going to them.

If you didn't have theses codes before more than likely you've swapped some backwards. This is because on the intake manifold there are 5 sensors. The IACV, EVAP purge (not pictured in the above photo) and IAT which all share the same plug style but have different wire colors. Also there is the MAP and TPS sensor which also share the same plug style with different wire colors. To make it even more confusing is the GSR engines also have an additional plug for the IABs which has the same plug style as the IAT, IACV, and Evap purge (you don't have to worry about that however on your engine).

I have changed all those plugs the IACT the sensor on the front of the intake manifold is green/white and red/yellow. I canged the map, tps, idle air control valve nothing is different. when I pull the Iact plug from the connector it does nothing still does the same thing, but when I pull the connector from the tps or the map the car will run differently or die which is normal. Now the car is throwing codes for
21, 3, 41, 10, and 14. Could it be the ecu I have checked the wiring and it is all good. I need help bad.

If car idled good before intake manifold change, and all sensors are hooked up correctly
sounds like a vacuum leak to me

That motor probably hates life with that manifold

Make sure nobody slashed wires under your hood, IDK
Thats alot of faults.

yeah it is. I think it is the ecu. I am probably going to buy a chipped ecu. But I have changed all sensors, connectors, and searched all wires with a multimeter. The only thing left is the ecu. I am clueless.

I agree. I think sensors are miss-wired or sensor connectors are swapped.
