JDM B16 LSD TRANNY AXLES POPPING AROUND CORNERS?
This is weird. A friend of mine just installed an SiR-II motor in his EG. He spent a little money and got the LSD. Everything is installed and they even sent him a JDM smallbox P30 ECU. When everything was installed using the JDM P30 he was throwing a CEL 36. Which was for the traction control box setup that he was not sent. No biggy. Just stuck a chipped P28 on it.
Heres the problem. While going in a straight line, the car is fine, as soon as you go to take a turn the axles make a loud poping sound. I got outside the car and watched them. You can see where it looks like the hub is binding up and jumping back and forth. Hes using teg axles and has already replaced them both twice. The motor he bought was suppose to have only 30-40k miles and is suppose to be Honda OEM LSD. Whats doing on?

its like the hub freezes in places, as if the brakes were seized. Then it releases, it locks up for like a second making a loud popping noise.

Why would the lug bolts have to be changed? The wheel baring is fine, it has no play in it at all.

i asked if they were changed, i've seen somethat were installed with long back ends b4, was the lsd installed properly? shafts may also be too long or too small or else inside the boot a piece could be missing
