JDM 4-2-1 header gains?
How do u guys ussually go in terms of gain with this header? jdm 4-2-1s were used in 96 spec integra type Rs but also (i think) civic type Rs.
Just wondering cos my friend has a 98 model civic has only intake and exhaust (2.25") and is looking to upgrade the header.

He plans to get v-afc at the same time. So with tuning he should get a lot more right?
I think someone on this board got jdm 4-1 and v-afc and got 10whp...

Does that header have a 2.5" collector? I seem to remember that it does. I doubt you'll see the peak power gains that the 4-1s are known for, but it would probably be a pretty nice increase overall.
