Default Jackson racing swap and 2 days later pop

Finally got my swap on my b16 with a jackson turns out 3 days of going to work in the sun and coming home for 3 hours really doesn't let you think. My stupid map controller was f'd up. last night (2nd night) pulling out at an intersection 3 miles from home never even hit boost and pop crack crack. Had to send a freind home and get tools to take my front end off so we could tow it. This really suck just got my Seibon hood and supercharger on and have only been able to drive to work and home haven't even been able to show it off.
I am running 97 gsr axles (i think, i did my swap 3 years ago)on my b16 with 97 gsr tranny with type r lsd. do you think it is maybe a bad axle from the start and was alright with being NA? All i have done to the motor is:
Aem Short ram for a LS
ITR throttle body
DC Header
Spoon Flywheel
Clutchmaster Stage 3
Supreme High Flow Cat
HKS Hiper Exhaust
Jackson 6lbs

It doesnt really matter if your car was NA or bosted at the speed you describe. Axles DO go bad, you just had one of those moments. From the thread title, I though you blew your motor. Replace the axle and drive it again...

take off the hood and bumper and it will be okay. hondas hate rice

and your axles shouldn't pop out by themselves.
