j series trannys???
i want to do a j32 swap in my eg hatch. i found a j32a1 for 500. i was wondering what manual transmissions will work with the j32? i know there is a 6 speed but is there any others? maby any 5 speeds? i thought some accords came with a 5 speed j series.

Looks like there are only two 6 speed trannys, doesn't seem to have a 5speed that will bolt up to it. I hope your great with wiring tho cause i beleive those are throttle by wire.

you're right to say the wiring won't be easy, though i've heard rumours that there is now a swap harness available. however the J32A1 is not throttle-by-wire. i think the A3 is when that started.

i found a company that makes the harness for 450.
also what do you have to do for shift linkages for the accord 6speed to fit in my eg hatch?
and what would i do about an ecu?
