Default I'ved tried everything, my hatchback won't drop

I have a 1993 honda civic hatchback CX all stock. I bought 2 sets springs and tried to lower my car but even if i buy the lowest springs in the world the car would not go lower than 1 inch from stock. I dont understand this at all.. could anyone help? I bought the car like this, also... i know for sure that this car's whole front end has been crashed but its still a clean title... i don't understand at all... so ticked off.

I just fixed my camber today and for some reason, the freaking front jumped back up to stock. I'm like.. WTF?

But after riding around it got lower... and lower...

I dunno man?

i have sportlines, they are pretty low. and then there are the nuespeed race springs, those things will get you to the ground fast, but they aren't the nicest ride in the world, or go with a coilover kit and go as low as you want.

Me and a friend had the same problem. We instuled Tokico Ill. with springs and it dropped the car an inch. (weird that when we let go of the e-brake, the car sank down) We were not satisfied untill we tried the Tokico Ill. with the coilover set. Dropped it about 3 inches. At one point, we couldnt fit a finger inside the wheel well and the tire. Needed some major adjusting, but if u can, try it.

Drop that **** on bags and 22's y0!

lol, how long did u have the springs on for? they take a while to settle.

Get a bunch of fat people in your car 300 pounds each, that should settle them rather fast

what eibach's did you buy? the pro kit or the sportlines, cause the 1" drop of the pro kit is hardly noticable...

take your springs out totally.

you'll drop down then...

cut your stockies if you wanna be cheap about it. a coil and a half will get you 3-4" down in height.

i dunno i don't think you're putting all the stuff back in right for some reason. seems like you almost put something in upside down like one of the spring perches or something. an upsidedown spring perch will not only lose you 1" approx. but also is pretty dangerous.

pro-kits had a very noticeable drop on my 98 ex. However my 98ex is a couple hundred pounds heavier than this guys hatch. his car simply isn't going to drop as much as others because it is light. His best bet to get the drop that he wants would be to get a set of coilovers or just coilover sleeves.
