possible? yes.
if you do i highly suggest a reinforcement kit for the ITR sway because you do not want subframe tearout. http://www.beaksproducts.com try that site.

whats the diff from beaks kit and bsq kit?i know the bsq kit is cheaper but what eles??

personally i don't know anything about the bsq kit, except i hear about integs getting them but for civics beaks kits have not had 1 single incident of subframe tearout, the best kit out for civics right now.

aye guys, is it a requirement to put the breaks kit if i was to put a gsr sway in the rear?

It isn't a requirement, just a safety precaution w/ any sway (bigger than SI IMO) to prevent subframe tearout, a common problem w/ larger sways intended for the car. It isn't that expensive and IMO is worth every penny.
