A few years ago you could still get new OEM ITR shift boots off of Honda dealer websites. You can find BNIB OEM packages for the boot on eBay too.

I had to swap the little metal frame inside to my civic one. And you can still find bnib ones for sale, not sure if discontinued in Japan.
