Default ITR rear swaybar similar to SS techniques rear sway bar?

Does anybody know if the suspension techniques rear sway bar at any way resembles the ITR rear 22mm sway bar. I just bought the beaks subframe brace kit for the rear but it says for itr sway bar applications and does not specify if it will work with any other brand of swaybars. Does anybody have any info on this subject?

send the ss bar back and but the SS sway/tie bar combo. it has a built in brace. I think the bar is 22mm. I love mine.

you are right, the ss bar is a 19 mm, I dunno if it is gonna fit but i think im just gonna take the easy way out and shoot my *** down to the acura dealership and order the itr one. It was hella cheap, the whole assembly i think came out to $135.

well i got an email from Wil at Beaks and he a said "The SRK-EG/DC can be used with the S.T. bar if the S.T. bushing bracket mounting hole spacing is the same as the SRK, which is 2.6". If not, you can convert to some slotted brackets like Prothane or Energy Suspension."

i wouldnt think so...if the construction of both bars are the same(solid) then the 19mm will be significantly less streessful on the subframe...

i have been running an ITR rear sway bar on my ls integra for 2 yrs now. it has oem suspension and it has not torn out. on the civic i have excessively reenforced it so it wont tear out.

I would get a Beaks kit if you dont like to fab stuff up. it is very good. but definitely get the ITR 22mm bar... friggin awsome upgrade

since I have the itr front and rear bars, I'm going to jump in here again. I find it really helps to balance it out, I also added a gsr upper and lower front tie bar as well. They work really well with the itr front bar.
