does anyone know if the usdm itr 5 lug hub assembly will fit into stock spindles on 96-00 civic? also, does the itr use bigger rotors than 99-00 civic si?

Hubs will work but, you'll have to change the brake brackets to the ITR/Legend ones. The Hub is longer giving a wider track so, the non-ITR brakes won't fit. Rotor's the same ones as the late model Preludes/ITR (and I think accord).
I use a similiar setup at the track on my 4 lug, 11" Prelude rotors re-drilled and Legend calipers and brackets milled 0.080". The brakes work perfectly. They never fade nor does the pedal get soft when they get hot.
