yes it will fit, all the bends fit just fine. you will have to have the muffler tip extended a little to come out from the bumper. sitting on the stock hangers, the tip will be about 3" short of the bumper. i dont recall if all the hangers lined up correctly, you may also have to have the flange altered at the cat. converter end depending on your cat/headers combo (the jdm and usdm flanges are 180 deg. off) i had this problem when i did the exhaust on my em1. also, my exhaust was modified to fit a different car when i first got it so i am unsure if you have to extend the length of the cat. (i bought a universal carsound cat and had it made to fit the application) any competent exhaust shop should be able to do this without any trouble. oh, and as for your question about the piping...honda called the ITR exhaust a 2.5" system, it measured 2.36"

EDIT: forgot pics

the ITR exhaust is QUIET...i had 2.25" piping with a no-name muffler and it was insanely loud for no reason. i put the ITR on because i was gettin pulled over all the time, now i can hear the people in my car, listen to the radio quietly and i got my bottom-end power back. i say unless you need a bigger, free-flowing exhaust for a reason, stay with something designed by honda.
