imo i dont think it is considering that i got both for 350. but if u have the extra money they i would suggest you get both if u want the full potential for the cams.

if thats the case then why is everyone doing intake only
comparing specs there is a noticeable difference in duration and lift between stock gsr exhaust and itr exhaust cam
