Default ITR or CTR shift boots?

Will either CTR(ek) or ITR(DC2) shift boots work on an EG?

just swap the metal plates that are attached to the actual boot. the boot is just a leather cone that's slipped over little tabs on a metal bracket.

thanx for the quick reply...

just wasn't sure if the pre cutt leather boot design off an EK or DC2 at the bottom would fit the factory metal plate from an eg....

Has anyone else tried this? pics anyone?...

it's pretty easy to make it fit. I used my stock 96-00 boot on my cousin's 89 accord plate *LOL*

the ITR shift boot will fit directly into the EG, they use the same brackets

im pretty sure the CTR brackets wont fit the EG though.. for this u will have to change the brackets
