Default ITR cams on my civic SI 00

To put ITR cams on my stock b16 head do i need to do anything other than taking the stock cams out and mounting the ITR???

not really, you should be fine. though some people might recommend upgrading springs and retainers. as long as you keep it within your redline you should get away with it

replace the valve cover gaskets & check the cam seals also

its a very simple swap i did it on m friends car 99 si and you should hear v tec engage you will love it

you hear it cause it is a little leaner when vtec engages. but just swap them in and do a valve adjustment
