Icon2 ITR brakes...

Hi!

I've got a EK 98... Front has OEM 10.3" disc with oem-everything civic. The rear has been changed to a integra ls 94+ spindle/caliper/disc/pads/lca. Now, 2 things. I got a problem with my rear brakes caliper not working properly (seized?) and want to upgrade my front.

I got the possiblity to buy complete ITR spindles/caliper/disc/pads at the four corners for not much $. I know this...

- Fronts: I can put ITR calipers, brackets (grinded a few mm), pads and non-existing oem disc 11" 4x100 (prelude redrilled) and call it a day. Pros: keep my mags. Cons: getting redrilled disc and having to grind the brackets.

- Rears: Change the complete spindles to ITR ones. Pros: It just work. Big Cons: Need 5 lugs mags.

My questions are:

1. Fronts: Is there another option since I have the complete ITR spindle but already have 10.3" so the right spindles? without having to convert to 5 lugs... Other options are too much hassle for the benefits?

2. Rears: Can I keep the rear integra ls spindle that I swapped and put the ITR calipers and brackets. What about disc and pads: keep LS or ITR or other size?

Thx!

Ok I did some research on my side... Got all the infos...

Just one last, important question:

How much does it cost to have the JDM ITR 5 lugs front knuckle/hub assembly, rear trailing arm complete with caliper/bracket and rotor/pads at the four corners? a ball park figure kind...

I think I can get my hands on those JDM ITR part for dirt cheap but I want to know if I'm making a deal...

Need to know FAST please!

of course you could always just replace what is broke if you don't want to upgrade. I don't have the itr setup, but i do like the gsr brakes on my eg.

Well I have to make a decision here...

If it's really 5 lugs JDM ITR conversion I can have, I would have it for less than 250$... But I would have to buy mags and then sell mine (maybe new unmounted tires also).

Or repair the rear ($?) and eventually put ITR front caliper/brakets with prelude 11" redrilled and ITR pads (215$). And keep my old mags with new tires.

This is were I'm at... need opinions...
