did a search but didnt find anything.....

I have my buddies stock Type R airbox, i was wondering if anyone here has used the ITR airbox in their 00 SI(R)?

Is it possible? It doesnt bolt in so if any one has made a mount for it, or a bracket please post up!

it fits but u bolt it in not right over the hole into the fender. try playing around with it again and position it like they have it on a type r...half over the tranny and half over the metal. good luck. i hear they make good diy cold air boxes

i was just asking about this the other day , can i actually fit a type r air box onto my cx hatch? what would i have to change to make it fit, ,and will i see any real gains out of this oor is it gonna be a couple hp

It fit in my Si, all I did was cut part of the airbox and bend the tubing t make it fit.

ended up just taking the filter and putting it on the end of a CAI...worked better for me.
