ITR 5lug conversion. which front camber kit?

They're all the same.
Regardless if it's a Civic or an Integra.

Not quite, when it comes to the upper control arm mounting points camber kits. 96+ civics mounting points go horizontal where 92-95 civic & 94-01 integras are mounted vertical.
