So, around 8am this morning I go outside in the 35 degree air to try and leave to go get my alarm system installed. My car won't start. This is normal for me in the cold though, and I decide to wait a few minutes. I go back and keep at it, nothing. I can sit there and click the ignition all I want, but it won't turn over, not even a click.

I checked the terminals on the battery, and they were clean and well connected, so my only other ideas are a bad starter and bad grounding wires.

I checked the wires, and while they are old they are still in decent condition and are grounding it out.

I was about to try the hammer to starter method, but I am fairly new to Hondas and am not entirely sure where the starter is on a D16Z6. (my last car was a '66 Mustang, so chances are they are in different places).

Any ideas?

If its a five speed, set the ignition switch to 'ON', drift the car at about 5mph and pop the clutch in first.

Unfortunately it is an automatic =/

Double checked all of the wiring, and it is all in order. I am leaning towards a bad ignition switch or starter. Any other ideas?
