Default Issues with suspension

I have a 95 civic dx with a obd1 gsr swap and when i drive it i feel like the car is swaying but i think its the stock civic suspension. Should i replace the whole knuckle and strut assembly and rotors and calipers from an integra and if so what year would fit? Im not sure what to day i have an upper strut tower bar but the car still has body roll. Help!!! Dont know what to do thanks

jack the car up, and look for torn rubber bushings. i would see if it needs an alignment, probably does. 94+ know for a fact.

you have a strut bar up front, not a sway bar, depending on the trim level, you might have a stock front sway bar from factory

go get an alignment, and see what the numbers tell you, also check for worn out bushings
