Icon5 issues with auto to manual swap

Well to start off i just recently finished my swap. Been holding off for a while now and thought it would be good to finally gets my hands dirty.
Anyways guys to let yall know, its a 99 civic lx with a 5spd and I'm running a p2e a12 ecu. Still have the auto intake manifold and throttle body. While doing this swap i took the time to change out my tensioner and timing belt. The car has sat for about a year and some change.

Issue #1: The throttle response is terrible til i get it over about 1500-1800 rpm
Issue #2: Idle is stuck at around 300 rpm. I've adjusted the cable and checked the TPS.
Issues #3 I started and drove the car today which was tears of joy but after my short term of excitement, its wont start now. Curious if i blew out the switch on the clutch pedal or something else.

No CEL with the ecu I'm running. Though before i did the conversion i had a CEL for a bad 02 sensor. Never got around to replacing it.

Does the CEL work? Have you tried pulling codes with a code reader?

Don't have access to a code reader at the moment unfortunately
CEL does work but goes off as soon as i turn the key to try and start. Quick question though, will running it off my auto ecu cause these problems? I mean before i installed the manual ecu

Crank [ON(III)] the engine for 30 seconds and then leave key in ON(II) without turning key OFF. Does the CEL remain on steady?

Also check whether the fuel pump primes and whether all 4 spark plugs have bright white spark.

My main problem right now is to get it started back up again so i can try to figure out the idle problem. I'm getting power to the fuel pump and my relay but no attempt to start. Starter bad? Or ground?

Just jump the service connector. You don't need a code reader.

No start issue was from when me and my friend where look something she dropped in the engine bay (no hood on car) she accidently unplugged my pin connector to my starter.

You jump the service connector the same way you explained earlier right?

Automatic and manual D16Y7 intake manifolds and throttle bodys are the same. It's the Y5 and Y8s that are different.

I didn't know about that. Only knew that if I wanted to do a mini me swap I would need the different intake manifold etc.. so I should be good?
Also would a bad cat. converter cause bad idle or rev issues?

Start the car, let it warm up to operating temp ( fan comes on twice)

Jump the service connector (underneath the dash, passenger side, 2 hole plug, put a paperclip in there)

Unplug the IACV, adjust idle to spec (iirc it's 650 +/-50 rpm, sticker on the underside of the hood should tell you) via the screw on the throttlebody.

Then shut off the car, plug in the IACV, remove the ECU/Backup fuse to reset the ecu (or use a code reader to force reset the ECU)

turn on the car, let it warm up and do the 'idle learn procedure' by letting it idle until the fan comes on twice. It should be good to go.

This is by memory, so it may not be 100% correct.
