interresting A/C inquiry
If I need a a/c recharge, this would mean my a/c is running at a low pressure correct? Does running at this lower pressure, than a fully charged system, make any other component work harder than it has too and wear out quicker?
Im asking because my system desperately needs a recharge....confirmed by a dealership diagnostic. Blows just a bit colder than say...ambient temp, but still cold enough to stay cool in 100 degree weather.

the system does work a bit harder, but that isn't the issue. the problem is that it does not cool to its max efficiency because there isn't enough ref to go around. just take it to whereever you want and have it recharged. if the car is a bit older, have them evac the system then recharge.
