interior question
Hey Guys,
I have a 1992 Honda Civic CX.
It has the horrible " pleather " interior and it's ripped and
gets really hot!!!! and my AC does not work
So my question is what interior will fit or bolt into with out
too much work. If anyone is selling anything please email me
at hotasscivic@fasterbeats.net. I saw an 87 Integra that had
a nice black and off-white interior... will that fit in my car? Any help
is much appreciated...
thanks so much in advance,
Fasterthenmost

Re: interior question (fasterthenmost)
I'd just drop in the entire black 92-95 Si interior into your car... looks clean and just drops in. As for seats.... del sols and integra front seats drop right in. As for the back seats, I think the integra back seats go in w/out too much hassle... I believe the tops go right in but i think the bottom portion is off a bit... I think some people have em in their 92-95 hatches on this board.
Also, integra dashes fit into the 92-95 hatches .... looks really clean! Some people on this board have done that swap too!

Re: interior question (fasterthenmost)
If your trying to get new front seats, do a del sol seat swap. Their supposed to be a nice swap with little work since they bolt right in with no conversion work.

Re: interior question (DX Hybridizer)
00 SI seats will fit, but one of the bolt holes will not match up. i have heard people doing this, but i personally don't think its very safe, not to mention the SI seats suck as far as support is concerned.

Re: interior question (dogpile5)
It's safe as long as you redrill the non lined up hole and tap it. Otherwise yes you are correct it's not safe. I'm not looking for support I have race seats for that I'm thinking cruises or long drives to places it would be so nice to have cushy seats.

Re: interior question (fasterthenmost)
If you dont want to buy new seats you could get them done in leather..... i know a guy who does them in full leather for 250$ so it wont cost ya too much.

Del Sol seats would probably be a little more comfortable than Integra seats(besdies Type R) and plus they sit about an inch lower.
