Default intellectual input needed

Ive been skimming through archives for the past couple of days and haven't really any help from it. I recently striped my eh hatch to nothing and did a full color change and put the car all back together. Everything is working fine with the interior and exterior lighting everything "seems" like it was put back together the way it was. After we put my motor and all the wiring back in i went to start it and nothing no main relay click (which is a couple months old so its not that) meaning no fuel/spark/ecu but the relay is getting power. The ground on the thermostat is correctly placed i seen that has been the fix for some people forgetting to put that on. The only thing that we can think of is paint blocking a ground under the dash maybe i haven't had much time to check everything out underneath so before i go ripping the car apart again i want to hear some of your opinions.

thanks

it could be a bad ground. did you "open" all the grounding points after painting over them?
