Default Integra tranny in a EG

I know B18 just really is a drop in swop but what about the tranny?
Will an Integra tranny bolt up in a EG6 or does it take modification?

A B-series trans will bolt up to a B-series engine. What car it is really really doesn't matter too much.

Just make sure you have the 94+ integra mounts

You can only use a B-Series transmission with a B-Series engine. And yes it bolts up fine. Check the top of the page for some helpful FAQ.

It doesn't hurt but I'm pretty sure the tranny mount is the same with B and D series right?

yep, should bolt right up, and yes you could use stock civic mounts, but you would be better off using the integra mounts.

From the b18a swap I've done last week, the D-series TOP tranny mount WONT work on a B-series motor
I'm going to say it will NOT WORK since the 3 bolts didn't even line up on the d-series mount to b-series mount(top tranny)

Click the link in my signature and read up on what I posted about the b18 swap into civic

Have you guys even seen both the mounts and tried to line up the d-series mount on a b-series transmission???? It WONT line up all 3 holes properly. 1 hole will but the other 2 wont
