im not sure if it would take an assload of money, just take out the frame around the lense from a teggie, cut out the needed shape from the exsisting back end, and do some nice welding and paint. its gonna cost a bit, but not an assload.
that is of course if everything goes right, and you are able to smooth everything right.
and IMO not worth the money.

No offense, but have you ever seen -in person- what this actually looks like? It looks like total hell man.
There was something similar done to this Civic at a car show a while back. For the small amount of time that I was walking past the car, I heard like 15 random people crack jokes, saying all kinds of funny *** things about it. Most people see cars like this and just sympathize for the poor car that just got raped LOL
Yes, it is your car and ultimately your decision, but PLEASE consider how thoroughly tasteless your Civic will be with Integra tails. If you do end up doing this, like civicnation425 said already, it is going to be some extensive work.

one of the guys that works at auto Link in Temple city, ca has a 94 civic couple with an integra rear end. he put the rear hatch bumper and lights on. and did all the work in his drive way.
