hey just curious if a 98 spec ITR rear pumper would fit(with some fabrication of course) on the 00 civic rear? anyone tried this? I know i would have to mod the top part of the bumper to match the sheet metal on the car but i didn't know if the mounting spots were the same or a lot different. Basically, are the mounting spots the same or similar on the two bumpers?

I highly doubt it. I'm thinking since the trunk/hatch area is shaped differently, it will also be different. The width of the bumper and the length of the sides might be too different too.

I can't see it looking very good anyway.

why does anyone cosmetically modify any car? to be different. i think their bumpers are cooler anyway

I just figured i could see if it could fit if i trimmed the trunk area on the teg bumper down and see if it could be squeezed in there. anyone happen to have width dimensions of a teg bumper?

That's not why I cosmetically modify my car.
