i'm pretty sure it would work but as ^ said it's kind of a weak sway bar. you'd probably be better off getting at least a type r rear sway bar with like a beaks kit or something. also how big is your front sway bar? if your rear is bigger than your front it will cause the car to oversteer more. not bad if you're into autox or something like that but not really to good for daily driving. with daily you want a more balanced suspension. so adding a rear without upgrading the front might not be a good idea.

I was thinking about picking it up because it's pretty cheap but if I'd need to get a front sway bar too to balance everything then I might as well save up and get everything brand new then. Thanks guys.

Many road racers (that use FWD & Civics) will just leave the front sway out, and install a big, solid rear. They also have heavy springs all around. For a street car, I'd suggest front and rear. I like to use the biggest stock front I can (they're all hollow), along with a big rear. That leads to plenty of oversteer if you want, but many people can't deal well with that.
That all said, I'd slap it on and be happy.
