Default Integra H&R Sports Springs

hi, i am wondering if a set of integra springs a good match for the weight of a 98 4dr civic? will it affect the drop? or am i better off getting a set specific for the civic?
thanks for your input.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a 97 Civic hatch and was wondering if it would be bettter for me to get integra H&R sports instead of civic ones becuase im more into auto-x and i plan on getting a B18c1 soon. I would like the higher spring rates.

that is a good question. i hope someone can answer that for us.
also, does anyone know about those adjustable springs? 0-4" drop? do they have settings in some sort of increments? or is it just a threaded screw? i want to make sure i'm lowering the car evenly
