hey just as a disclaimer and pre-warning, I did search, in fact I searched so much my computer turned into a brake expert, but I didnt find the information that I was searching for. And I know theres eight million post a day about brake swaps and im sorry to be the one to add to that.
ok so now that we past all that I was wondering, I and doint a Front brake conversion to integra calipers. I am under the impression that civic ex and integra disc are both 10.3 inches and the rest of the civic disc are 9.3. I measured mine and found that my disc are 10.3 inches. I went to the junk yard the othe day and bought a one inch MC, booster to go along with it. I also bought front calipers and brackets off the car, this was retrieved all from the same car a 96 integra(not sure of trim) I am curious as to wether they will bolt up to the civic ex knuckles. while I understand it would be absolutly idiotic to bolt a bigger caliper to a smaller disc, I do wonder if I can save myself the expence of buying TEG knuckles and just using my equal diameter disc civic knuckles. almost every thread iv read says just grab the whole knuckle and bolt it in, exept one that said just swap the calipers. I would just try it out but I do not have the parts here right now and would like to have a little bit of an idea before I run into it all. I already have rear disc but because im building this car from the ground up would like to get it all done right the first time if you know what i mean.

if your current rotors are already 10.3", what trim civic do you have?

if you indeed have the 10.3" rotors stock, then you can just bolt on the integra calipers to your existing knuckle.

depending on which MC you bought, there's a pretty good chance that it will not bolt rite up to your hardlines without you bending and/or flaring the rear line (closest to the firewall). unless you found yourself a '98+ JDM ITR MC/booster (which both flare nuts are 10mm, meaning you only have to bend one line).
