integra dash into Eg6
hey,
i have a civic eg6 and i am planning to drop in the integra dash with all the cluster till the hand rest console into my civic. i was wondering if that is possible? and if so, can someone direct me to some website stating how do i do the convertion? and what can i do about the door trim because it is kinda mismatch... thanks in advance

3 words.. DONT DO IT! lol...in my opinion.. it's a pain in the ***..! especially when you do the panels.. you gotta heat them up and slam the door shut to get them to mold with the dash.. or you can just have them cut and shaped. but it does look freaken sick after words..my 2 cents

Re: (spock_rocker)
it is alot of work and a pain in the *** but it does look really clean if the work is done right... ive had a few friends do this to their eg's and it came out nice... the dc teg has one of the nicest dashes out of any honda imo but its not worth it to me to chop everything up to make it fit in my car

It looks really sweet when done RIGHT! Honda tuning has an Eh hatch with the dash swapped and the door panels are molded PERFECTLY! It looks really nice but you just need to take you're time and do everything to make it look right

yeah, you have to use the teg carpet. there is a foam piece that you have to put under the shifter console, and it also goes underneath the carpet.. the civic carpet will not clear the foam piece due to how wide it is. hope this helps.. i did not expect to get teg carpet till i found this out.

Re: (93civic96ls)
that car came out in the Sept. '05 Honda Tuning, for the door panels to fit perfect he had them reupholstered. more info here: http://www.t-emotion.com/emotion/so.html
