Re: Integra Dash into EG Hatch (tbocrx)
I know this is a lame answer but do a search. There are a few good posts on it. I'm thinking about putting one in my car. I have everything already, just trying to decide if it's worth the trouble.

There are a few good threads on this subject is you do a search. One of my buddies did it to his and it really was a pain in the ***. Not to mention, he didn't even do it right either. BUT, it really does look nice in there when its done. I don't think the integra door panels match up too well. My buddy just left the civic ones in there and eventually the dash just wore a groove into the panel. Not too noticable, but straight ghetto.

Anyone got a picture of this swap after it's been done? Curious to see how it looks. Thanks.

civhatchh22,
do you have pics of the door panels? the only problem to me seems to be the top part were it slips on because the civic is wider than the one on the teg. also what did you do to modify the inside door lever because they are in a different position?

im about to finish it on my car.. waiting for the door panels from a 93-95 ex coupe so i can install factory power windows, locks and everything.. dash was not too difficult for me since im very good when it comes to wires and **** like that.. lots of wires to deal with, match up and then plug in.. not something an amateur should try.. some people say its requires this and that, ill tell you what i needed.. stock civic dash wire harness, integra dash wire harness, dash, mounting peices on side of dash, integra heater core, and lots of patience.. i rewired the civic harness to work with the integra gauge cluster and hazard switch.. i think thats the easiest way to do it.. ok thats enough writing, good luck anyone who does it.. it is nice and i love the dash and get compliments from a lot of people.

gotta question bro....
i just finished my dash swap and i ran into a problem.......i rewired the integra cluster to my civic harness and everything works EXCEPT for the gas guage....it acts all funnny and floats all the way up, then down sometimes....
also, i need the pin-out for the integra HAZARD switch b/c the civic's plug doesnt have the same wire pinout that the teg uses.....
one more thing......how did you wire the clock up??
thanks

Re: Integra Dash into EG Hatch (SpoonFedHatch)
sorry, this is the only pic i have.
but this is the type-r dash in a 93 civic hatch. i almost bought this car
as for door panels, the type-r ones fit fine, with the exception of like 1/2" gap on the back of the door, like, towards the back of the car, not the front near the dash.
hardly noticeable, and well worth it.
BIG IMAGE ALERT

Re: Integra Dash into EG Hatch (j.fuggi)
I actually just met a guy at a show in Joliet Illinois who used to have a type r, but put all the parts into his EG HB, he had the dash, door panels, seats, console, suspension, and motor. He said the hardest part was the door panels, because you have to cut them and mols 1/2 of the ITR panel to 1/2 of the EG door panel for best fitment. He also said that there was some adjusting to the dash that you need to do, not sure where though
