Default Integra cams into a B16a2

Hi all.

I have an ek vti with a few mods such as DC sports manifold, decat, magnaflow exhaust and mfactory induction.

If I was to drop some Integra type R cams in would I see much of an increase? What is needed in order to do this, just the cams or will I need the valve spring retainers etc?

Thanks

itr cams will drop right in your b16a with stock valvetrain. ive driven 100k miles and over 5 HPDE events with this combination w/o any issues at all. this is all on stock valvetrain with the rev limit at 8500.
