Default Intakes?

hey i was wondering, i have an AEM pipe and Filter, but have stock intake.

Which intake is the best for my 99 civic si? is it worth the money? and how much hp does it add?

There is also this intake that i've seen that comes directly out of the engine, looks like little blow horns. how much are these, and hp rating?

Do you have a short ram intake(short one) or a cold air intake?(long one)
Also those would be ITB's (Individual Throttle Bodies and are priced at around $400+)

well i have a pipe that goes from the intake to under the car, so cold air.
how much hp do these individual throttle bodies give? worth it?

ITBs will for one benefit throttle response greatly. You'd likely see ~5hp or so, but tuning is a pain. Before you get into this be sure there's anyone in your area who can tune this. You'll have to downstep to OBD1 from OBD2B with a conversion harness and run a chipped ECU, and when smog/emissions/safety check comes revert to stock.
