Default Intake question

My cousin has a 97 ex civic, and wants to know if a aem intake for a 95 ex will work on it, i dont know, and i live a good ways away, so i cant look and see

does the tb on the EX 97 go straight up or the the passanger side?

All EX' throttle bodies are "Horizontal"
