Default Intake question

I have a 1994 Honda Civic 5 Speed manual, Coup that was made in Canada. Can I replace the intake manifold with one from a 1993 4 door Civic made in Japan? I know my motor is a D16Z6 VTEC. But I dont know what the other car had in it because someone already removed the motor. I am wanting to use the steering rack and a couple other parts off of the other car. Are the made in Japan parts interchangable with my made in Canadian manufactured parts car?

Default Re: Intake question

It all depends on the trim level. Vtec and non vtec engines have different manifolds. Z6 tb is facing right to left while something nonvtec like a y7 is facing up and down.
