Default Intake problem...

Ok guys... a CAI will not work under my hood because there isn't enough room, according to previous attemps.

Here's the deal.

97' honda civic ex 2dr.
95 integra ls b18b1.

when cold air intake is installed, it hits the sidewall next to suspension...

i know there isn't much difference between intakes, but i'd like to install a nice intake system w/ a relocation kit rather than walmart brand ram air intake w/ a 5 dollar colorful filter.

could anyone please recommend to me a good intake system that can be relocated while still fitting under my hood and get to maybe redirect it to where it won't hit the wall and place it in the front left corner by the left headlamp in that corner pocket.

Please consider a gsr intake for my engine - i'll be ls-vtec soon.

sites? experiences? ideas?

thanks
Brett

Have you tried getting a custom 3" diameter tube Mandrel-bent?

does it have to be cold air? have you considered a short ram? 92-00 civic, gsr or itr intakes should all work.

Nothing to fit the B18b1 though. Anyone know if a B18c1 or 5 would fit a B18b1?

as of now i'm ls, but plan on going ls-vtec soon, all b18 gsr stuff, including intake manifold, so a gsr intake should be fine.

I didn't know Nitrous was a form of Forced Induction...
