Default Intake manifolds for D16y8

I read the D Series upgrade by Spade (thanks a bunch man), and now i think i am going to upgrade my whole breathing and some other stuff at once on my car...Intake Manifold, Throttle Body, Exhaust manifold, Cam Gear, Cam Shaft, Spark Plugs, and Spark Plug wires...

Could anyone or everyone tell me what are good aftermarket brands for these products...i know DC Sports 4-2-1 Exhaust Manifold, Crower Cam Shaft, Skunk2 or Venom Cam Gear, and im getting an AEM Cold Air for my birthday...so i just need to know about:

Intake Manifold
Throttle Body
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires

I heard that Skunk2 is making a manifold the the SOHC Vtecs in november, but i jsut wanted to get everyone else's thoughts

Default Re: Intake manifolds for D16y8 (Hyjnx)

Intake Manifold
Throttle Body
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
OEM D16Y8 manifold. Others like Venom and either AC or HP have had theirs dyno'd and showed very little gain unless you're making alot of power.

TB- B-series (B16/B18A/B). 60mm vs. D-series 57mm, 62mm if you happen to find an ITR unit.

Spark plugs and wires- OEM all the way.
