intake manifolds.....

Default intake manifolds.....

does an intake from a regular d15 fit the vx d15z1 motor. my manifold just startin being stupid. i dont feel like paying a crap load of money on a vx manifold. its my daily driver. i need it to last a couple more months til i get $ for a b or h-series.

yep, d series IMs should be interchangable.

But you have to remember the EX models have the cat under the car while the hx models have a short manifold that has the cat bolted by the front of the car.

Where does your VX place the cat?

I apologize. 40+hours over 3 days in the garage getting my car streetable. I'm exhausted.

Do all of the manifolds point towards the passenger side of the engine bay, or are some of them pointed upwards or whatever?
