Intake Manifold ID

Can anyone ID this for me? Is it Type R or B16. Thanks!

jeez

they ARE different, but they both have the same flange, bolt/head pattern whatever you want to call it. But the type R manifold is bigger and flows better (slighty better top end) the b16 mani has thinner runners to have a little more low end which the B16 completely lacks
