I want to change the intake manifold on my B16a which one is better?

so many opinions...the only one im really familiar with is the skunk, and ive heard lots of good things

i had the skunk 2 manifold, it pulled really hard, but i like the aebs way better than the skunk2 made more power easy...

I went with Skunk, but if I were to do it again I would choose ITR for quality.
