Whoa! Where is all this going?! I think what you need is a clear direction of where you are going. Tuning your car isn't going in the direction of making it run right. I think you need to be looking in the direction of getting that CEL fixed...sounds like the missing CAT and O2 sensor issue is the cause here, putting your car into the very likely limp mode as many have stated. I'm feeling that lack of car info and the actual problem, led to some of these harsh words we have all heard here today.

research what youre doing because it would seem very much so you're not going to listen to us when 5 people have told you the same thing.
does it hit vtec?
do you get cut off at 5500?
you have yet to answer those.

don't get smart about the o2 sensor if you had taken the time to look in CEL codes you'd know theres no missing cat.

as for what now FIX YOUR CEL.

You check it once a week for what? To see if the CEL is still there or that your cat grew back?

There is no such CEL code for "I don't have a catalytic converter". And even if there were, what do you think the ECU does when it detects that there is no CAT? Simply speaking, it puts itself into limp mode. How do you think the car is supposed to run without one of it's required emissions components? You think Honda installed it there for decoration?

Simple suggest for your car to be 'running right'

-Install a catalytic converter (Aren't they relatively inexpensive?) and kiss that CEL goodbye
-Use Seaform to get rid of all the interior gunk in your engine
