okay so...
my question is

if you have somone hold their hand on the end of the intake...and u rev up... would they be able to feel the intake pulling on their hand?

cuz mine doesnt...

and i have a horrible bog problem... so im not sure...

im pretty shure it should..especially for short ram intakes..it should pull ur hand and then sound like its gonna die cause of low air flow.

I haven't tried this, but I would think you should feel it.

check your throttle cable to make sure its tight and try cleaning out the throttle body with carb cleaner. and ive put my hand on the end of an intake, you can feel it pull in air

You will feel it pull if it's on the throttle body, you wont feel much on the intake pipe. An engine produces the most vacuum at idle and as you rev it, it will have less vacuum. WOT will produce no vacuum. Adjust the idle at the TB.

what? when I rev it it will have LESS vacume. that's not correct at all, so when I rev it and the throttle opens it sucks in less air?? not so much

yeah u should be able to feel the air pull past ur hand.
