Default Installing Underdrive Pulleys... Small Problem

I am installing OBX underdrive pulleys on my 97' Civic EX. I have a "Direct OEM Replacement Alternator" and the alternator pulley won't fit over the bolt on the alternator. I have tried grinding it out but no dice. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
