Installing a strut bar?
 

I just bought an upper front strut bar for my 1995 Civic LX and was told it was very simple to install. Can anyone walk me through it with maybe some pictures?

what kind of strut bar? oem aftermarket? pop your hood, lay that bar across and it should be self explanatory

if u look at your engine bay, there are two bolts that hold your shocks down on each side.... remove those bolts...(total of 4...2 on each side) and place the strut bar...and bolt it back down... should be simple...good luck....

Honestly, I don't have the slightest clue as to where the shocks are located.

Your strut tower bar probably looks similar to the "silver bar" with gray ends going accross the top of the intake manifold, (if you know what that looks like). The gray ends attach to the two bolts sticking up through the fender well, (those are the shock bolts...2 on each side). Just unscrew all four of them...place the bar into position...then re-tighten the nuts...and you're done. I hope you can do this...because this is seriously the easiest mod other than a new oil cap.
