Installing Racing Seats (Newbie)
ok, so my friend who owed me some cash last week iunstead gave me an in the box pair of r1 racing seats. We took out the stock seats and realized the brackets did not match.. we thought about grinding them, then my boys brother said we'd have to "make new brackets".. is this true? if so how? ..i thought the seats would fit right in and i dont mind ****** around with them to get them in just would like to know how any of you guys have installed your seats? ..how do you "make" brackets.. thanks, sorry if this sounds like a stupid post.

Why would a generic "racing" seat just happen to magically fit in your car? You should probably try to order a set of rails from the seat manufacturer to fit in your car.

yO some cheap aftermarket seat companies dont make brackets and/or sliders, some come w/ sliders that barely even help to get the seats in your ride 
, So what me my homies have done to mickey mouse this You either get Tenzo R brackets&sliders for your car and they will most likely fit(mine and my homies have worked on diff. seats other then Tenzo), Or your going to have to fabricate some brackets, gO to a muffler shop or a car shop that does aftermarket work or something like that and see what they can do
