installing oil press gauge (question)
hello everybody.
i got a autometer ultra lite oil press gauge.
on the diagram it says that i need to run a wire from the gauge to the ignition switch....
where is it?

what they mean is that you need to tap into a wire that is powered with the ignition on and off with the key off. The easy way is to just grab it off of your radio harness.

Or, since honda engineers were so brilliant. You could use one of the spade connectors on the fuse block, that were put there for accessories. I belive there are either 4 or 6 of them. Some have constant power, others are switched power.

are u sure thats not the wire for the light? because my oil gauge only needed the oil line then the other 2 wires were for the light

Sounds like a mechanical gauge... He's probably talking electrical
